It is 4x more effective at removing plaque versus a regular toothpaste (the main cause of bleeding gums). Corsodyl Complete Protection Arctic Mint Mouthwash is specially formulated to help protect teeth from plaque that can cause gum problems, when used twice daily in combination with tooth brushing. It contains fluoride and is alcohol free, so you can use it every day to strengthen your teeth and help prevent gum problems, while its arctic mint flavour helps keep your breath fresh. Brush your teeth twice daily, for no more than two minutes, minimise swallowing and spit out. Use Corsodyl Complete Care Extra Fresh Toothpaste instead of your regular toothpaste. After brushing, rinse your mouth with 10 ml of Corsodyl Complete Protection Mouthwash for one minute, then spit it out, don't swallow or rinse with water.
